The women’s volleyball season will conclude at the end of the week with the national championship tournament Nov. 17-19. The championship game will be held at Charleston Civic Center in Charleston, West Virginia.

Owens (38-4) will begin as the No. 2 seed. They will play on Thursday at 11am against 15 seeded Potomac State Community College. If they win, they would play the winner of the No. 7 seed Johnson County Community College and No. 10 seed Sauk Valley Community College match later that night at 5:30 p.m.

The finals would continue through Saturday when the champion will be crowned.

Though the season is still going, the team has already started planning for the next few seasons. The team has signed Summer Sweeting from South Central High School, Brooke Gerdeman from Leipsic High School, and Jordan Alt from Ottawa-Glandorf High School have all signed to the program.
